Lucie was an absolute godsend during my pregnancy. She kept me fit, strong and confident as my body changed and my bump got bigger and advised me on which exercises to avoid. Her training helped me build and maintain a strong pelvic floor and also enabled me to specifically develop the back leg and arm muscles I needed to pick up, feed, and change a wriggly newborn. I cannot recommend her training enough to any woman considering pregnancy.
My first session and Training journey with Lucie started several years ago. Including my sessions during pregnancy and now with postnatal training. She quickly build rapport with me and made me confident. Her knowledge of both practical and theoretical fitness and strengthening techniques meant that I had complete trust in her approach to train me and get me back to being strong after having a baby. Lucie is very easy to work with, tailors all the sessions to your needs and listens, which is an excellent trait for a PT in my opinion. I would highly recommend Lucie to anyone, particularly those wanting to return to exercise post-baby.
I've trained with Lucie for around three years now, through two pregnancies, and I can't recommend her highly enough. She is exactly the right mix of knowledgeable, fun and supportive, and she goes to a lot of effort to ensure that all her sessions are varied, interesting and bespoke. She instinctively seems to know how much of a challenge to bring at each stage of pregnancy, so that even at 37 weeks I always came out of my sessions feeling uplifted, motivated, and just the right amount of tired! Lucie is a genuinely caring person, and in my first pregnancy, she helped me to return to exercise after recovering from whooping cough, enabling me to train all the way up to 38 weeks. She later supported me through a difficult postnatal period and gently brought me back into fitness - tailoring a program to my needs and helping me to lose all my baby weight. 37 weeks into my second pregnancy, I have only just paused training with Lucie. Again, she built a custom and responsive program for me that has helped to keep pregnancy-related niggles like backache at bay. I’m grateful to her for all her wonderful support as a trainer and a friend. If you have any chance to train with Lucie, take it, you won’t regret it.
I started training with Lucie in a bid to tone up before my wedding day. Lucie listened to what I wanted to achieve and designed a varied and challenging workout session comprising of both weight training and cardiovascular exercises. She worked me hard, and due to her motivation and enthusiasm, I was really able to challenge my ability and achieve results that I never thought possible. I have learned so much from Lucie, particularly great tips on nutrition that I will definitely continue to follow. I have trained with Lucie for over a decade. She's seen me through my fittest single years, my pre and postnatal years, covid virtual years and now my perimenopausal years. I've met many fitness experts in London but Lucie is by far the most knowledgeable, innovative, adaptable (see above life stages!) and personable trainers who consistently gets results. Lucie is a walking advertisement of herself. She lives and loves fitness and this shows! I easily get bored, so the variety of the workouts is a key which has kept me coming week after week - this, coupled with her constant positive feedback to get me motivated and my toned abs and bum have clenched the deal (no pun intended!). I highly recommend working with Lucie - you will see results and even look forward to your workouts.
What I really appreciate is how Lucie improves my workouts when I am not with her. She is constantly having you re-evaluate what you are capable of. Also - no two workouts are the same which keeps it interesting and means that I have a mental catalogue of exercises that I can use when I am travelling or on my own. I really look forward to the workouts, especially during stressful weeks when I struggle to find an hour to focus on myself.
I've stopped and started my fitness goals many times over the years, and in a short space of time training with Lucie, i've seen a vast improvement. My fitness levels, muscle size and core strength have definitely increased to help achieve my overall goals. She is a great motivator and has made a world of difference to my fitness ability. Lucie is the perfect combination of tough and encouraging. I look forward to every session – a feat when you consider the work required! I started with Lucie early in 2010 to get in shape and reach a peak in fitness for a charitable bike ride (London to Paris for Action Medical Research). Lucie obtained the best out of me. Long since completing the bike ride I have remained with Lucie as I admire her positive mental attitude towards fitness and I continue to benefit from her encouragement and knowledge in personal training.

Lucie is a fantastic trainer. Working with me on my specific goals in a way which is fun and effective. I have got great results in the shortest time possible. One of the things I like is that she finds exercises that work multiple muscle groups, making my time in the gym as efficient as possible, and keeps the routine different and fresh so I never get bored.
