Hi, I’m Lucie Ireland Pavlicova, a London-based Personal Trainer. I specialise in female health and movement in all stages of a woman’s life.

I’m an advanced antenatal and postnatal practitioner, personal trainer, and I’m a certified coach for peri to post-menopausal women. I have over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry.

My focus is on female health, gut health, heart health, bone health, hormone balancing nutritional plans, and how strength training improves all of the above.
